Dr. Shreya Mishra is currently working as Assistant Professor at Birla Institute of Management Technology, (BIMTECH), Greater Noida, India. She completed her doctoral studies in 2019 in the field of Workplace Bullying, which has been awarded the Jagdish Sheth Best Thesis Award 2020. She serves as Assistant Editor of the South Asian Journal of Management Cases, SAGE, and Co-Track Chair at NACRA Conference 2021-22. She has published in and reviewed for Scopus and ABDC journals. A recipient of Young Scholar Award and Sage Best Paper Award at the International Conference of Management Cases, her research interests include studies on Workplace Bullying, Inequality, Power, Identity, Intersectionality and Qualitative Research Methods. Shreya is extensively involved in creating awareness about the Qualitative Case Research through workshops and webinars as the Core Member of Centre of Management Case Development at BIMTECH.
