Best book for notes , I mean you can't get such an excellent notes anywhere else but the quality of Q/Ans is not much good , Ncert Exercises are well solved but except Ncert Q/Ans ;- Not much stuff!!!!
So if u are gonna buy for notes then must go & if for Q/Ans then u have to think first however it is a very updated book different varieties of Q/Ans are available.... (Assertion-Reason , Rewrite , Fill ups etc)
