Absolute rubbish!

One of the worst chairs you can get. You will face problems during the assembly itself and they never end. Bolts does not fit, washers not provided, you need to buy those separately.

lets not talk on comfort. this chair is real bad, this suits you if you are 5’6 or below. if you are taller than that then be ready for back pain, the base seat is short so it doesn’t cover your thighs properly, you would want to move back and sit comfortably but there is no space. The arm rests are too high at...

Good choice

Easy to assemble. Handrest is adjustable with soft touch foam.
Very Comfortable till now.
Haven't had long sittings though.

Feedback to company.
While assembling the final 3 sections, there's nothing to lock the entire chair. Meaning of I have to move it, I can roll it only. If I lift the chair will dismantle in 3 parts.
Also, movable/adjustable headrest please.

Update
After almost 8 months, the back is not longer supporting, it is loose and go way back in default mode and people fall, the whole sitting posture is bad now, didn't expect this when you pay 10k+
