Terrible product

It is a very poor quality product.
1. The assembly of the back is a big challenge. The two corresponding holes of the back do not coincide. I took a lot of time despite being an engineer and good with tools/assembly
3. The plastic plugs that are meant to cover the back attaching bolts are flimsy and keep popping out.
4. The hydraulic mechanism is not smooth , it is jerky.

Good quality product

Quality is very nice, very comfortable chair but the headrest attachment place is not properly finished so it get loosen . Overall as a seating chair it's 👍good
