Although 350 ml sounds less, it is a lot for one person. You would almost get 4 full cups of liquid (the cup / cap which came along with it). It also comes with a carrying bag, which also helps in insulating the heat/cold, especially when you keep it in A/C offices. The open / close mechanism of the cap is NOT much sturdy, liquid can come out if the bottle rolls/flips up-side-down. The rubber/plastic inside the cap did NOT seem to be made of good quality.
