This is better than taking a multivitamin and fish oil separately. Would suggest anyone and ask them to take a note of Iron content always.
As for we Indians where people are obsessed with fairness and health, Iron has an adverse effect on both factors. Considering this has 8mg/day, it's fine but still lower content is better. Our foods easily has iron content due to the utensils used while cooking.
Apart from it, this helps in keeping your body vitalized and healthy.
