There is a dialogue that comes in the popular film 'Il Postino: The Postman' (1994) that a poetry does not belong to those who write it but it belongs to those who need it. In the same way, poetry entered my life. Whatever poetry I read, it held me sometimes and sometimes it left me free. Not every person can understand poetry but it is present in our life in some or the other form and when it appears before us, it feels like as if all the mystic secrets have been revealed so naturally and nothing is left to ponder upon. If man is a pure consciousness then poetry is a way of its expansion. Poetry is a beautiful hymn of the emotions carved on the canvas of human mind. A voice of our inner heart which we know of but do not express so often, we see it around but don't identify with it at that time. This is my first poetry collection.
