After using 3-4 months, I'll not recommend buying this bra. It's not fulfilling its purpose. Not at all bounce control. Always the cup moves inside the bra. Fitting is not good, makes me uncomfortable sometimes. If you are restricted to Yoga only then can go for it. Cardio is a bad idea with this bra or weight training. Looks good is not the purpose of a sports bra, so don't go for it.
