After using for 2 weeks I'm happy with the product , also customer service is little unstable I have to reach multiple people's for the installation information but at the end I my self assembled it within 3 hours the nuts and bolts are of good quality I can assure you that , and also if you use the product regularly it will start making noises and you have to tighten the nut bolts/ screw's again and again in a weekly basis ,I'm giving this product 4 star's just because there's no option for...

After comparisons and reading through specification and reviews I have purchased it in 13 K during the Republic sale, got delivered in couple of days. I need to follow-up with Cockatoo customer care and they arranged for the installation. No problems faced.
Using this product more than a week now and I must say very happy with the performance so far. Will update my review again after couple of months but for now if you are getting a better deal you can go for this product.

After using a few months I can say this is not matching my expectations.
Only problem is it becomes so noisy. It's making too much noise and multiple mechanical noises. It's very difficult to workout with those noises. Very irritating. Even after oiling these noises are constant. bad product.

Nice product
First of all delivery was on time and the delivery guys were so polite even they droped the item till door on second floor without any hesitation. Second the item was very well packed and the packing was designed to look after the safety of each and every parts. Third I assembled myself and it took me more than 3 hours but worth it. I given four star because of one issue that the sensor scaning handles screw were loose and can't able to tight it properly. So I made a desi jugad by fixing it ...

Pros: Sturdy. Max weight 120kg, Installation support (some locations only). In fact, I got same day Installation. Performance very good. Comfy seat. Dual mode - x trainer, cycle
Cons- Display is OK, but can be more responsive. Paddling experience is nice, but not as smooth as gym machines (great at this price point).
Overall recommended.
