Dr. Pushkal Kumar Pandey is native of Gorakhpur. He has taken his education in Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Allahabad and Varanasi. He has completed his Masters in Law in 2006 and awarded Ph.D. in Law from Banaras Hindu University in 2010. He qualified for UGC-NET in 2012. He had practiced at Bar and taught various subjects of Law in Lucknow, Dehradun and Noida. He also participated in several seminars on Right to Information Act since 2005. He is working from last eleven years in various Public Sector Undertakings in the Capacity of Manager (Law). With all his theoretical and practical experience and knowledge he chooses to write this book on Law of Evidence. Since Law of Evidence plays vital role application of law through courts of Justice.
