About the Author

Sanjay Kumar is currently Associate Professor of English at JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU), Jaipur. In an academic career spanning over 18 years, he has held teaching and administrative positions in various academic institutes including BITS, Pilani, Chaudhary Devi Lal University (CDLU), Sirsa, and ICFAI Tech, Jaipur. Dr Kumar also has to his credit numerous research articles, poems, shorts stories, and five other books. Dr Kumar has supervised research at Mphil and PhD level and has conducted several workshops in communication skills, personality development, and related areas.

Pushp Lata is currently Head, Department of Languages, BITS, Pilani. With a PGDTE from CIEFL, Hyderabad, and PhD from the University of Rajasthan, Dr Pushp Lata has to her credit a number of research articles and three books besides designing, introduction, and teaching of the course ‘Effective Public Speaking' at BITS, Pilani. She has delivered talks and lectures at several workshops on effective communication, public speaking, group discussions, and interviews.
