Nice book, and tells about how unresolved issues in life may lead to cravings. A good read, and a new take that made me think. Good buy.

The writer has a vision and knowledge of the subject. The book relies heavily on Western habits and could have been localised for asian sub continent and sometimes is repetetive, still the content gives the readers a new aspect to think about. Not a must read for first timers but for those who who are in search of something different.
