Cooking Instructions | - combine the tandoori tikka marinade with 1/4 cup (90 g) of curd, marinate the appropriate quantity of protein (approx. 500 g) with the marinade, refrigerate for 20-30 minutes or upto 4-6 hours for best results, heat a pan/ grill pan, add/ brush 1 tsp of oil and grill accordingly till cooked. it can be cooked in an oven, too!, add the tikkas in a bowl, add the tangy seasoning and the tandoori oil, mix well to combine and enjoy!
