if frequency get mismatch of both ram then you may faced Blue screen issue.

This ram is quit good basically no bios update needed I suggest it if you have a expandable slot on your laptop of increasing 8gb ddr4 ram, we'll I didn't fell any speed function on my pc but it's good and it supports i7, i5 6th generation prossesor or later
