It works like Magic. Works straight right out of the box. It is dumb proof, I mean no one can make any mistake. What one has to do is just plug it in! :-) rest is taken care by this genie. Excellent product
Works as it should - acts as a repeater for your weak wi-fi signal. The only catch is that you should have a plug point almost half way between your present router and where you get low range.
Easy to setup.
Needs restarting every few days but other than that, no issues

1. With range extenders, a new network SSID (yournetwork_ext) will be created. This means that you cannot move around seamlessly with your mobile devices from an area under WiFi coverage of your primary router (e.g. SSID: yournetwork) to an area not covered by the primary router (covered by the range extender) without the need to connect to another WiFi network SSID.

I already had a wireless router+modem from my ISP a Zyxel P600 series. However it served the purpose only in my room and some areas just outside my room, my brother in adjacent room got a very weak signal. So i was looking for something that will help extend the wifi signal strength.

Great product, but may not be necessary!
I had a really old D-Link router (like ten years old) whose range was not beyond a room in the house. In order to get WiFi connectivity, I felt I needed a WiFi range extender instead of having to buy a new router itself.
The product works as demonstrated and does the job beautifully. However I had issues with it because it was not able to work with my old D-Link router. I tested it with some newer routers and it worked just fine. So the problem was my old D-Link router and not the extender.

Great device.very easy to setup.
I ordered this Extender for my dad who is using a Netgear Wireless ADSL modem router N300. Since the router is installed on the 1st floor, he was experiencing issues getting a good signal at the ground floor. The device works as expected and was very easy to setup. This Netgear range extender just works!
I was compelled to buy a range extender when the Cisco Linksys X3000 that I purchased off Flipkart turned out to be an utter disgrace for a modem-router. I had sunk 7600 bucks into that investment, and it was just not doing what it said on the box. The signal strength across two rooms was dipping to 28%, when my 5 year old trusty "desi" Beetel wifi router was pushing out 84%. I was so sick of tweaking the X3000 to get a better signal, for a while I thought of just plugging my old modem back!

Netgear WN3000RP does the job quite aptly.
It works well as a extender. As depicted in the picture behind the box where it shows the extended WiFi being amplified (Becoming stronger) is not true as it only serves the purpose of being an extension of your current WiFi and not an amplifier.
Pros:
1. It picks up the signal and transmits the same WiFi at a constant lvl.
2. It is small which is good because it doesn't include any wiring which causes a mess.

Works like a Charm for my TV
Didn't want to buy a SONY dongle and went for this, as i can reuse with other gadgets. Works like a charm, absolutely no effort required. Configuring with the existing router is pretty simple. The signal strength seems to be improved as well.
