Slightly disappointed
First of all the product is not that great bcoz the fan is running at low speed im using alienware area51m and my lap is heating like anythng ..for that i bought this cooler and bcoz of the heat in my lap even this laptop stand is getting more heat..im not happy with the purchase and i didnt even get the usb cable to connect to lap instead i bought from outside ..
