Unsatisfactory
Useless product.
I am using this product for last 4 years and following are its major design flaws.
Its strainer coupler breaks every 1 to 2 years.
Support from company is pathetic.
The coupler is held by only 1 single nut which eventually rusts and breaks.
I would suggest to go with brands like Kohler where coupler have a big screw assembly and not this single nut fixture.

A:the plastic dustbin is placed inside a stainless steel frame. u can easily take out the plastic dustbin which is provided to u and clean it. after cleaning u can reuse it.
