Pros:
1. Silent compared to other air coolers.
2. Humidity control helps at some extent.
3. Remote.
4. On time delivery.
Cons:
1. Super costly.
2. Received a product from more than a year old lot at highly surged price,
3. Warrenty card and manual were removed by the seller (COMFORTSALES),
4. There were few loose screws in tank,
5. Swing mothing makes annoying thud noise with every swing movement.
6. Plastic seems fragile.
7. Bad finishing.
