It's working good.
Note: If you have a 8 GB 2400MHz RAM pre installed in your Lap/PC and want to use dual channel I recommend to buy same configure RAM, as it doesn't increase the speed to 3200MHz calibre, Instead it stays on 2400MHz. Although it will still support dual channel and performs way better than having a single RAM (which is obvious).
