PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS Directly sow seeds in the soil in a spot that gets full sun to partial shade after the danger of frost has passed. Alyssum Procumbens Royal Carpet seeds are sown at a distance of 6 inches apart by generously sprinkling the seeds on the soil covered with a light layer of soil. Gently pat the soil and keep it evenly moist. The seedlings will start to emerge within 8 to 10 days. Alyssum Procumbens Royal Carpet plants need regular watering. Water them enough so that puddles of water form around the plant. This helps the plants to settle into their new home and gets rid of air pockets resulting in good root to soil contact.
