Q:I have one question regarding it's expiry. It has been told that 24 months from the mfg date it will be good. Is it true? If i buy this and use after a year then the rice quality will remain same?
A:If you keep it in an airtight container without any chance of infestation or water vapour seeping in then you can. Basically you have to prevent any kind of hygroscopy from happening.

A:Steamed rice breaks at lower rate than raw rice, but taste, color and favour are same.
Raw rice is difficult to chew and bite until cooked
