Not Covered in Warranty
Damaged strap, leather is a living material and is expected to change color and texture with time. Straps are NOT covered by warranty and we cannot fix them.
Watches that have been engraved by a 3rd-party service - This will void the warranty as we cannot guarantee the other service/watchmaker were the ones damaging the watch.
Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
We cannot replace a watch that has been lost or stolen. Even if it got damaged due to natural disasters.
Damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification -e.g. the customer has cut the strap, and ask for a replacement strap
Direct contact with water -The timepieces are not water resistant and shouldn�t be in direct contact with water.
Watches where the serial number is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible to read.
