Damaged strap, leather is a living material and is expected to change color and texture with time. Straps are NOT covered by warranty and we cannot fix them. Watches that have been engraved by a 3rd-party service - This will void the warranty as we cannot guarantee the other service/watchmaker were the ones damaging the watch.
