Don't buy this if you looking for tail bone pain relief. For rest of the people it's good as a cusion. About the product. It's just a memory foam sponge cut near tail bone support area. Too much heat and no space for air. Cover is made up of velvet kind of material. Light weight. Good as cushion but not as a medical support device for tail bone pain.
