    John Adair is world renowned for his theories on leadership and has a very keen understanding on the concept of leadership. Adair obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Cambridge University in 1959. He later went on to do his Doctorate from King’s College, London, in 1966 and also earned a BLitt from Jesus College, Oxford, in 1971. He was also appointed to the Chair of Leadership Studies at the United Nations System Staff College in Turin in 2009.
