Good Laptop but bad Flipkart service
Worst Service by Flipkart...Hard disk crashed within 10days but after getting replaced by dell, its working fine. Overall with Laptop performance I am satisfied. It has Backlit Keyboard and Finger print scanner but not mentioned by Flipkart in product description.

Dont buy this product. Flipkart and seller are not even responding i have problem in updating windwos contacted flipkart and asked for replacment due the software issue. They said that techniqual visit will be there after that if it doesn't work they said they will replace, but till 10 days no visit has been done and now seller has rejected to take replacement.

Useless product
I bought Laptop with 8 GB RAM in Dec 2017 but right from Day1 - it is very slow. 8 GB RAM should be very fast but Laptop booting is very slow and even to browser is also very slow. All applications are very slow. Looks like fake parts have been built into this Laptop.

Waste of money!
It does not have any light on the laptop to show if it is ON.. When the screen goes off to sleep the lappy looks as if its switched off. At least one small LED light or something should have been around to show that its ON. I dont like the touchpad much.. Sometimes its slow and draggy. It also hangs when it wants to take an update. For this price i expected more. Add on after use for more than a month... Its a DEFECTIVE product.. Hangs all of a sudden in such a terrible manner that i need to ...
