Simply awesome laptop for daily use
This a fantastic product from Dell. Works silently. 8th gen Core i5 works like charm.
At the beginning it takes little time to setup but once its done the startup time is very short.
Battery backup is okay. It gives around 5-6 hours for daily work.
Display is Full HD and it has a TN panel not IPS. But the quality of the display is really good.Anti Glare screen is bliss for long working hours.
Keyboard is backlit and yes you can dim the lights.
Finger Print Scanner is also fast and only tak...

Worst experience ever!
Worst experience. Within 2 months needed to replace the hard disk and in 10 months 3-4 times hard disk problem; Blue screen is very common. It is all with in warranty period. Very much disappointed.

#stylish,sexy,low weight.
#processor is slow it takes about 3 min to copy 2 GB file.
#battery backup is 6 hr, but while gaming,programming(graphics) battery drains quickly.(3 hr backup)
#no heating issue at all.
All in all satisfied with the buy.

Unsatisfactory
It started making weird cracking sound within three months, system is slow and battery backup is not even 3 hours(this is when i use only matlab and nothing else). Highly disappointed.
