Mind-blowing purchase
This is a really good budget laptop. people who are saying otherwise dont know the power of ryzen 5, you need to add 4 gb ram atleast and ssd if you want to use this machine to its full potential.

- build quality and looks are better than other laptops with similar specs under 40k
- display is good for a tn panel, horizontal viewing angles are good but vercital angles are ok(ish). which is what you should expect from tn panel and this price range.

Defective product
I dont know what you have sold me. I have been using this product. you have not given me any product key for microsoft office. not to mention you sent me a defective laptop with some of the keys showing interchanged symbols like for example @ which is present above number 2 key does not give @ but gives (") this symbol. there are many other keys who do the same. Then not to mention the area with right click and left click button that area comes out most of the time. I just bought this laptop ...

Experience after using a laptop for about 7 days
Pros:
1. Video and Audio quality is okay.
2. After Startup, the system works fine, and Speed is also good.
Cons:
1. Sometimes System crashes on startup. (Blue Screen Appears)
2. Battery backup is only about 2-3 hours. Also, the time remaining continuously changes. For Example: when Battery is at 95%, it shows that “2 hours 10 minutes remaining”. When the battery is at 70 %, then it shows that “3 hours and 40 minutes remaining”.

Performance is average. But we can boost up by adding another 4 GB RAM n ssd 256 gb.
Rest everything is good in this price range by DELL brand.
Keyboard can be even better. Touch pad needed to be more robust for better workings.
