Pretty good
I got it yesterday in original Dell box...it's working quite well.windows 10 is genuine along with office student included.I got it for slightly less than 50k as an exchange for my old lapi which was discounted a sum of 10 k..it runs smooth.sound quality is awesome which I loved it.only problem is that the touchpad is slightly loose which I feel when I press...other wise product is good. And of course it's from the house of Dell...just go for it...if u are a student specially!!!

Got DDR5 radeon graphics card instead of mentioned DDR3 Works perfectly.
Backlight keyboard and anti glare full HD screen are great.
Battery works for about 4-5hours.
Sound quality is awesome.
Got 3year extended warranty from dell for 999/-
Lifetime MSoffice and 15 months McAfee antivirus.
Brought it for 39k after exchange discount.

A Good Bargain for Exchange during Offer (11K for old )
Got it a week back in Original Dell box. Laptop is very good but for some Os related issues I had with windows 10. Took me about 5 days to sort it out with very good support from Microsoft and my own efforts. Now it is working very fine.
Also wanted to put on record that the Dell registration and extension of warranty went very well. Got approved, got Titan voucher for 2500 as promised paid Rs1149 and got warranty extension approved.

Expected a better product
Recently I purchased this laptop but I not satisfied this product due to my reson
1. Performance very slow
2. Right now 4 GB DDR4 RAM setratted. But poor performance. Once upgrade to 8or 16 it will change performance ( my suggestion)
3. Design is looking heavey. Like 17 inches size but screen width 15.6 and waste of space occupied laptop edge.
4. Speaker is worst sound.
5. Screen resolution avarage.

Highly recommended
It has been 2 months completed i have this notebook and i love the looks most, the anti-glare led helps me a lot in the college for working under the sun, wavemaxx sound is awesome..
Only problem that sometime it got slow dont kno it is OS problem like virus or etc. If anyone knows the solution to make it fast please let me know and also i wanna know if I upgrade the RAM then will my warranty lost or not?
Otherwise I'll say that go for it without thinking...

Q:Can we increase its RAM size later by inserting 1 more RAM card? What is maximum exapndable RAM size?
A:I removed the existing 4GB card and installed two 8GB RAM modules which makes it capable of handling 16GB of primary memory.
This laptop cannot handle 16GB or more in a single slot.

Q:is this affected by meltdown and spectre intel chip set issues and recent chip set security vurnability of intel ?
A:Windows 10 running on Skylake, Kaby Lake or newer CPU show single digit slowdown, which most users wouldn't notice. Laptop has kaby lake 7th gen processor. I did not notice slowdown after the update.
