At this price - go for it
This is practically within a medium sized room. Sometimes the keyboard poses problems like multiple key press.
Mouse is amazingly responsive and no lag is detected. I use rechargeable batteries of 1000mAh and it lasts for 2 weeks for the mouse.
Decent stuff at decent price.

Worst Mouse Ever - Keyboard is fine
I bought 2 sets thinking that it will be good. But the mouse of both the sets malfunctioned.
The scroll bar for both got stopped and never worked again.
This problem got after 2,3 months of use.
Highly not recommended for buying.
