The zip puller are made of cheap brittle plastic. All of them broke after using for 4-5 times.
I don't know how much it would cost me to replace all of them.. or is it possible and practical to do so because it may lose the aesthetics of the bag.
Overall it's a good compact design but the quality of zippers are extremely bad.
Go for it only if you want to feel cheated every time you try to open the zippers..
