I had given 4 stars earlier on receiving this item since it looked great that time but on my very first visit abroad the zip came out literally as if it was just fixed on the bag some how. I contacted the local store since it’s carry three years international guarantee for getting it exchanged or repair the bag. To my utter surprise my claim was turned down by mentioning that goods sold online from portals other than the company site doesn’t carry any warranty.
