They've Written See the change in three days, but let me tell you, I used this toothpaste for one month, brushing twice daily for two minutes and longer, as directed on the box. The only thing it accomplishes is refresh your mouth with its mint flavor. IT DOES NOT REMOVE STAINS OR WHITEN YOUR TEETH.
