If your waist is 38 and chest 35-37, and want to compress the fat and serve the purpose, then order L size, its a bit tight while wearing, but once worn, it fits quite good and compresses to good extent. If your size is more than 40 (for waist) and 38 (for chest), then this L size will be very tight to you and must order for XL size...
Otherwise for me it fit well and nice 👍, 0.5 star i deduced just because its a bit difficult to wear and comfort is not very much.
