He has authored and published 5 books for MBA in Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, International Finance, Banking and Insurance and Stocks and Commodity Markets in pursuit of enhancing writing skills and adding value to the academic world. He has worked as a visiting faculty with a number of prestigious B-Schools in Bangalore and Karnataka. He is most remembered by his students for presentation of complex concepts in a simple and easy understandable manner Dr. G.V. Kesava Rao holds MBA in Marketing and HRM. He has completed his P G Diploma in Financial Management & holds LL.M. (Research) in Corporate and Securities Law. He is a Company Secretary and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds Ph. D degree in Management (Finance). He has completed FDPM from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has qualified State Level Eligibility Test (SLET). He has authored many papers, case studies and presented them at various conferences & Journals.
