greatest book in hindu mythology (in English)
the reading is still in progress but since i had seen most of the episodes on EPIC channel over the last few months i can vouch for the information packed in these few pages.
i have read several books by mr pattanaik over the years: JAYA, SITA, MYTH vs MYTHYA, PREGNANT KING, etc. so i knew that his lucid presentations in extremely simple language appeals to the not-so-scholarly readers like many of us.
i recommend this book to everyone with a desire to know about hindu mythology and its deepe...

Great product
Those interested in deciphering Hindu Mythology should go through this handy Book. The complex myths are decoded in an attractive style by the author with such ease and efficacy that one sticks glued to the pages after pages!!! Must Read.. Very Informative!!
I have read several books of Devdutt Patnaik and I would suggest that before reading his other works like Indian Mythology, Myth = Mythya, read this book before. In this book, several of his ideas which he explained in much details in other books, are explained in very simple manner which are easier to understand.. This book is good for beginner who are interested in knowing the interesting and enlightening facts behind Hindu Mythology..
