S.N. Khosla, M.D. MNAMS, FIAMS, is a distinguished physician who is devoted to teaching and research in medicine. He has held senior faculty positions in various medical colleges and has published more than 250 Research papers in various international and national medical journals. He has been an invited speaker and has chaired scientific sessions at various international and national medical conferences. He is recipient of Best Research Work and Lifetime Achievement Awards from IMA and IMA Academy of Medical Specialties as well as Best Research Work Award in Medicine by Indian Council of Medical Research.
Dr. Khosla has special interest in diseases of gastrointestinal tract and liver. He has received higher training in gastroenterology at Central Middlesex and Royal Free Hospitals, London, and has extensively done research in field of gastroenterology besides medicine.
Dr. Khosla has three books to his credit—Text Book of Medicine, Digestive Disorders and Everyman’s Guide to Perfect Health. He also contributes on medical topics in lay press and has published more than 150 articles in journals like Imprint, Mirror, Caravan, Woman’s Era, Debonair, Alive etc. Apart from these, he has regularly contributed a medical column ‘Your Body’ to a national fortnightly for a number of years.
