Very good and useful product. Most essential accessory for mobile phone videographers.
Easy to setup and connect to our device. Uses the Bluetooth to operate and remain connected. It took me around 15mins to make it ready to use. Works properly with my iPhone XR. Charging time is good and Battery life is great.
DJI camera app is easy to use and has some advanced features for capturing Cinematic video.

Brilliant
Such a great experience on receiving the product. The product was properly sealed and reached on expected delivery date under assured tag. However,the box was a bit old. I tested with my oppo f11 pro mobile and everything seems to be working great.While holding the gimbal one can get the premium feeling. Good for filming maker. It serves the purpose for what it was designed.
From down part point of view, it has got 3.5 mm ( similar to Head phone jack) cable for charging instead of micro USB...

Q:Can we connect the tripod?
A:No. The base has a battery cover. There is no threaded hole for a tripod. To attach a tripod you need to buy the DJI base which has a threaded hole for a tripod.
