Excellent cooling, covers the entire forehead and eyes.
I am using it for my migraines. Have tried other masks as well. This one is the most satisfying of all. The best part is it's size. The mask covers my eyes as well as majority of the forehead; ideal for headache relief. It cools fairly quickly when placed in fridge. (value for money), so not an issue. The strap is good and comfortable.
