    I have been using it for last 10 days, it's the blueberry flavor.
    Loved it.
    It got a 10gm scoop inside it with a silica gel pouch to absorbe moisture.
    I can't say about the physiological changes in my body though. But it tastes great with lemon, use one scoop during the workout.
