    Doesn’t make much of a difference.. it gives you a little bit of energy boost but it’s not going to make you feel like a monster or something..

    A:I suggest you use it only if you get so tired during workout that want to quit. Buy mango slush (avoid cola) and mix half a scoop in 250 ml of water. Avoid taking close to your bedtime for good sleep.
