Let It Sit Leave the lather on the coat for 3 to 5 minutes to allow the active ingredients to work effectively. 5. Rinse Thoroughly Use clean water to rinse off all the soap from the body. Make sure there is no residue left behind. 6. Dry the Coat Towel dry your dog or use a pet dryer. Ensure your pet is kept warm until completely dry.
