A:it depends upon the length and density of your hair. For average men,2 - 3 ml is sufficient,while for a woman with average length and density of hair 6 -7 ml required.

Q:how to use the conditioner
A:Apply small amount of conditioner along the lower length of your hair . Avoid applying on the scalp and roots of your hair.
Keep it for 1-2 mins.
Rinse thoroughly.
