First of all, talking about the accuracy factor and whether you should buy it or not.
Yes, you should.
I have the sphygmomanometer at home which doctors use and suggest. I can tell you that the readings are fairly accurate with a error rate of +/-5units which is totally acceptable. I tested it multiple times and +/-5 was the maximum deviation from the readings as compared to the sphygmomanometer. So you should totally buy it.

A:As for me , i used to change 2 times in a month with the average of 15-20 uses per day and after 2-3 months the batteries started draining faster even without using it much.

A:BP 11 is much more like a tried & tested version.Wheras BP 12 is just a small upgrade to it. Both will fulfill the basic role. It's not like mobile technology in which upgrades matters very much.
