Product usage confusing
I ordered this scale for my parents and relatives living remotely. Later I realized that none of the features like fat, hydration, bmi, bone mass, and multiple users are working as per user manual. Assuming defective product, started following up with Dr.Trust customer care by sharing the videos etc they asked me to try the mobile app which connects to device via Bluetooth. At last it worked easily on Android, but did lot of trial and error for iPhone.
