The quality is undoubtedly good and sturdy. Finish is also brand level. You can do many types of workouts with this set provided you have spare weight plates. Its a Value for money if you use it. The only thing to be improved is cable length. It's too short so I had to order separately for cable. Also, you will have to call a fabricator or a carpenter for installation.
