Slightly disappointed
In picture it shows two belts. One vertical and one horizontal. When I got this noticed only horizontal belt.
For my height 5 10 it did not fit properly on my neck to give good Comfort. I didn't like it and returned it back. It gave more neck pain than Comfort. It's build quality is fine. I didn't like the shape when I installed it with lower portion hanging out , no vertical belt, not fitting my neck on creta car for my height.
