So we found a way that how we can provide the fresh cashews to the consumers. We process the raw cashews when a daily order comes on first in first out basis. Our uncle has a small processing unit for cashews and they process daily on the basis of the daily orders from us We do not import raw cashew nuts with shells for processing; these are pure Indian Cashews originally from Goa and Ratnagiri Indian government has categorized cashew nuts into following major categorize W-180 is king of cashews W-210 is popularly known as jumbo nuts W-240 is attractive grade which is reasonably prizes W-320 are highly available W-450 are the smallest and cheapest whole kernels Scorched wholes are another grade of cashew kernels which have slight brown color due to longer roasting they have all the other characteristics of white kernels and have the same nutritional qualities butts, splits & pieces are ideal for cooking preparation of sweets of savory snacks. In our products we have different kind of cashew nuts but we prefer only the most acceptable grade which we believe is W-240."
