Here's a simple guide to help you get started: 1. Prepping: Before the first use, wash and dry your Cloth Diaper Insert. This enhances its absorbency and performance. 2. Inserting: Fold the insert to fit in and place it in the diaper. Lay your clean and dry Cloth Diaper flat. For pocket diapers, slide the insert into the pocket opening. Ensure the insert covers the entire absorbent area. 3. Securing: Fasten the cloth diaper around your baby's waist using the provided snaps, Velcro, or closure mechanisms. Adjust the fit for a snug yet comfortable feel. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the diaper and your baby's waist and legs. 4. Remember to change the cloth diaper and insert as needed, typically every 2-4 hours or when it becomes wet or soiled.
