Excellent customer service.
The team was responsive and kept tags on all issues.
Unpacking and installing the product was a breeze.

Great product
The product is looking good and give me better workout results everyday. It showed me Time, Distance, Speed, Calorie and Pulse rate. The treadmill is very light in its weight and easy to move from one place to another. The Handrail which provided in a treadmill is sturdy to hold while doing long runs. Really it is a great product.

Good exercise and useful for entire family
Good treadmill for those who are unable to go to gym or other exercises. It has good motor, long and wide belt suitable for any height, sound is very less. Number of programs is not much and not very useful, but whatever is given is useful. Dial shows pulse rate, and has handy buttons on hand rail for speed and inclination. Has springs for shock absorption, so useful for heavy weights. I would say value for money. I just put certified oil regularly.
